cleaning is desired, we suggest that you use a nonmetallic scouring pad. Do not use
steel wool. Chimes made prior to 2004 are guaranteed against breakage for 5 years. All
chimes made in 2004 and after will carry a 10 year guarantee due to product

know they far outlive their warranty, although exposure to harsh elements will eventually
affect even the highest quality materials. That is why Grace Note Windchimes offers a
complete windchime repair after the warranty expires. The repair includes new strings,
new striker, windplate, rebrushed tubes and new top ring, basically your chime comes
back to you just like brand new. Once your chime is received it is repaired promptly and
shipped back to you. Once your chime is received it is repaired and shipped back to you
(please allow 3-4 weeks for return).
Breeze and Mariah chimes with 3/8" rod or 7/16" tube cannot be repaired. If you own one
of these chimes in need of repair please contact us.

$32.00 for a Petite, Small, Medium or Petite Steeple
